Remember, the function set is continuously expanding on Data Fields Manager. You may see more options on your
software screen than you see in the documentation. That is because our docs people have not been able to keep up.

These are the latest, documented field operations you can perform:
·Add a named Outlook User Field to all your contacts
·Attachments removal
·Build a string from contact fields and insert it into the contact
·Change Case: Uppercase, lowercase, Capitalize First and Capitalize All the words in a particular field. This is great for names, email addresses, etc..
·Clear a field for all the contacts in the database.
·Copy the data from one field to another. Works great with standard and user defined fields.
·Delete (Outlook User Fields Only)   Delete a User Field from the from the Outlook contact. Can't delete the standard field.
·Change the FileAs setting. (Outlook Only) You can change it from a variety of formats that are much better than what Outlook provides.
·Exchange values between to fields.
·Find and Replace a string across the whole database.
·Paste a value to a field across the whole database
·Rename an Outlook user field to another name while maintaining the field value.
·Trim a field to only contain a specified number of characters.

Every main screen allows you to apply the modification for the contact you are viewing or to ALL the contacts on the list on the contact list. You can expand or contract the contact list by using filters in the Restrict option.
