With Data Fields Manager, you can:

·Add a named Outlook User Field to all your contacts  
·Analyze. Unique analysis functions such as field popularity or unique field values is available for easy undestanding of the values in your contacts folder.  
·Attachments. Remove attachments from the contacts with the click of a button.  
·Build a string from contact fields and insert it into the contact  
·Change Case: Uppercase, lowercase, Capitalize First and Proper Case a field. This is great for names, email addresses, etc..     
·Clear a field for all the contacts in the database.     
·Copy the data from one field to another. Works great with standard and user defined fields.     
·Delete (Outlook User Fields Only)   Delete a User Field from the from the Outlook contact. Can't delete the standard field.  
·Exchange    Exchange field values between two fields.     
·Export. Export standard and/or the user defined fields as a .csv file that is easy to import into Excell and other packages.  
·FileAs Change the FileAs contact field with pre-made, easy to use constructs.  
·Find and Replace a string across the whole database.     
·Format Use the Windows Formatting capabilities to change numbers into readable phone numbers, etc..  
·Format and Copy. Format a field and copy it into another field in the database.  
·Mailing Address. Change the default mailing address for the contacts  
·Move Move a value from one field to another (the original field becomes empty).  
·Paste a value to a field across the whole database     
·Rename an Outlook user field to another name while maintaining the field value.     
·Schedule calendar items using a field in the contact, including re-occuring items.  
·Trim a field to only contain a specified number of characters.
