We provide free email and phone support within the first 30 days of your purchase of our products. If you need support after 30 days of your purchase, purchase one of the options below.

 

We prefer to provide you support via email. Email Support is both faster and more reliable than playing phone tag with voice mail. However, if you really need phone support, call us at 408-426-8089.

Email Support
If your issue is important and you'd like to receive quick email support, this is the path to take.

Phone Support If you require phone support, we provide it at a charge. Our rates are $175/Hour or per incident. If you desire to purchase phone support, click here.

Upon purchase, you will be contacted by one of our specialists. Please specify product and support issue on your order.

 

Support Policies
